It usually takes 1-3 working days to West Malaysia & 5-7 working days to East Malaysia which does not include holidays and weekends. 

Refund Policy

Return of products are allowed within 14 days (not inclusive products besides BLITZCOMFORT & BLITZCARBON) for a full refund, provided it is returned in the same condition as it was received (new and uninstalled). Our full refund is only the price of the products you purchased, NOT including the shipping fee to us. You will bear the cost of the return shipping fee for the product you wish to return.You will need to ship back the parcel together with the product and attach with the invoice. The original packaging is required to ensure protection during shipping.Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 10 business days), your refund will automatically be processed and issued to you within 10 business days.
