It usually takes 1-3 working days to West Malaysia & 5-7 working days to East Malaysia which not included holiday and weekend. THIS IS NOT APPLY TO OTHER PRODUCTS FROM OTHER VENDOR’S STORE & PRODUCTS UNDER OVERSEAS SHIPPING CATEGORY.

 

Buyers are suggested to read through each vendor’s shipping & return & exchange policy before making any purchase/transaction with any vendors on our platform. We’re not responsible to any disagreement due to the misunderstanding or overlook policy .

Buyers are advice to take note each vendors might have different shipping rate which based on WEIGHT or ZONE or FLAT RATE.

Nope, we currently only selling and shipping across Malaysia. We will announce once we do open for any other countries to shop with us.

  2. If your status still showing on hold means merchant haven getting payment from your side (Take note to execute online transfer and snap the proof send to us then only consider verified transaction)
  3. We will send an email to all our buyers once the shipment being shipped! Sit back and relax then enjoy your comfortable journey 🙂
  4. If you are buying products from other vendor’s shop (products beside BLITZCOMFORT or BLITZCARBON, you are encourage to drop vendor message to follow up with vendor.
  5. Vendors are also meant to update customer from time to time about their parcel tracking status and provide real-time tracking if possible.
