Return of products are allowed within 14 days (not inclusive products beside BLITZCOMFORT & BLITZCARBON) for a full refund, provided it is returned in the same condition as it was received (new and uninstalled). Our full refund is only the price of the products you purchased, NOT including the shipping fee to us. You will bear the cost of the return shipping fee for the product you wish to return.
You will need to ship back the parcel together with the product and attached with the invoice. The original packaging is required to ensure the protection during the shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 10 business days), your refund will automatically be processed and issued to you within 10 business days. If the part is defective or damaged.
Due to the technical issues, we currently only can deal with return orders for WEST MALAYSIA ONLY.

The buyer is responsible for shipping the part(s) back on returned items, including shipping fee. The buyer will bear the risk of return shipping. Parts returned as used or incomplete, or parts returned to a different address is not eligible for a refund.
Parts returned as wrong part or defective will be subject to the rules above. Installed parts returned as defective or wrong, without prior approval by our staff, will not be refunded. Parts returned after 14 days will not be refunded. No exceptions.
